If you’re unhappy with any product for any reason, please contact us by calling (816)255-7799 or email us at Customerservice@Kansasbotanicals.com. We accept returns for unopened products, and do our best to keep customers happy.

Any open product cannot be returned. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products/wrong products within 14 days of receiving the package.


You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. For help canceling your unshipped order please contact us.

Once your package has left our facility, you are no longer able to cancel your order.

Age Verification & Auto-Canceled Orders

Per FDA Laws and Regulations, it is illegal to sell to any minors. If the age verification fails, we can attempt to verify by other means if we feel that there has been a mistake. This decision is up to Kansas Botanicals, and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. 

When will I receive my refund?

Please contact us to verify that a refund can be given.  After approval for a return, please allow 2-7 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds back into your account
